Embryonic globins (Hba-x: ζ-, Hbb-bha1: βh1- and Hbb-y: Ey-globin) were expressed after treatment with both NBP and PHZ (NBP + PHZ) in the BM and liver. b In situ hybridization to detect embryonic globin. Some of hematopoietic cells in the BM and some cells that formed clusters in the liver expressed embryonic globins. These cells were diffuse in the BM.
