Treatment of underlying disease.

Antifibrinolytics are the first choice for long-term therapy, followed by attenuated androdgens.

Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor induced

ACE inhibitor discontinuation.

Idiopathic

Antihistamines followed by glucocorticoids.
